5 # or 7 # pulley?
Which would be better on a stock bottom end ? 5 or 7 pound pulley?
I think I'm going with an ATI puffer.

should be able to handle 7lbs easy. I know of guys w/ 382ci all bore w/ similar rwhp & rwtq to the ATI 7lbs kit who's been racing day in day out w/o any problem.
Mine's gonna be a 7 pounder :D

5# would definitely be better for your stock compression bottom end, but it should be able to handle 7#'s for awhile as well.

I agree with you Matt but lets take in consideration he is in Ca. and I believe 91 or 92 octane at best.. :)

Correction: in Ontario we get 94 octane Sunoco Gold...I used it in my 95 Firehawk which was pro Charged, with no problems..I am going with the 7lb and will see if 8lb could work... :eek:

I have no idea how long "awhile" will be. I was just basically saying that the 5# pulley is a lot more stock bottom end friendly than the 7#! :)
