Default Tips on removing rear coupe hatch?

Any tips appreciated. PITA is my car is up on jack stands (high) in a tight garage. I have a new one with lexan going in to save weight. Thanks.

You nedd someone to help you hold the hatch open.
Disconnect dampers and wires to heat treads and antenna.
Put hatch down but don`t lock it down.
Remove interior targa panel (4 plastic clips)
Hatch is held in place by 4- 13mm nuts.
The hinges are also glued on, but no need to heat.
Grab one side each an gently lift the hatch STRAIGHT UP.
Glue will come loose and you are done.

thanks a million I guess it is fairly heavy with the glass The lexan hatch I can handle fairly easy. I'll prop it open till I get everything lose and off. Toughest part will be removing all the crap I piled on the back of the car.

What lexan window did you go with? I have a second hatch and was thinking of the same thing.
