Default White Face Guages Indiglo Installation

I just got done putting the cluster back together on my corvette, im installing the white face indiglo guages with the dimmer switch it does not have Hud but anyone know which color wire on the back of the cluster to use for the guages to turn on with the parking lights and also which one is ground. Im guessing brown for power and black for ground? Please help,Thanks for your time. :confused:

I will check...but Im almost sure its the green one comin out of the cluster and I would just ground it on the metal part up front on your console somewhere.

I am pretty sure of this..but I will check to make sure !

could you also let me know where you connect the power for the indiglo gauges?

I think I'm going to disconnect the black lights in the dash, the indiglo looks 10x better without it. plus I think the green is nicer than the blue, it's a closer match for the other lights on the instrument panel.:cheers:

Yes, brown is the park lamp feed (it is in the corner of the connector), and black is the ground. Beware, there is also a "brown with white stripe" wire -- that is NOT the one you want!

To power the Indiglo gauges, tap into the green wire that goes to the dimmer switch, you can do this right on the cluster itself. I tapped into the wire there and then used velcro to fasten the little power box right to the side of the cluster. Just did mine today! :cheers:
