need help trouble shooting pass mirror

motor function. Problem is pass mirror will not move up or down. In or out function is normar as is operation of driver side mirror. I did remove pass mirror glass to confirm that jack screws for up or down are not turning when pressing the correct control buttons.
Looking for help to trouble shoot and fix problem.

Monitor the voltage on the two wires to the UP/DOWN motor with a volt meter. That will tell you if the motor is bad, or the problem is in the DCM or associated wiring.
