ok im trying to rehabilitate all the system cause i bougth this car crashed so i have a really a disater here with all these wires, i bougth a new master door switch and window module

You NEED the GM Factory Service Manual, specific for your year, before you do any further work on your car.
Without it you are working blind and you can NOT do any serious work on this car. And this car needs some serious repair from what you describe.

Could not agree more. With all the integrated systems on a C5, you most certainly are going to be chasing problems for some time based on the extent of the damage.
