I didn t know much about injector duty cycle % when i had my car dynoed-tuned last yr. Currently i have 36-37#hr inj on a 427. If i install my 63# High impedence Semiens injectors, will i have any performance improvement? Or should i just sell my Aftermarket Fuel Rails/63# inj? On a Dynojet It should be really close to 600 at the wheels(it was 539rwhp with 163* IATs(now fixed) and a Slipping clutch(Now fixed and broke-in), and i ve added some more bolt-ons).
Are the smaller injectors @ a higher % duty cycle better than bigger, High Impedence injectors at a lower % Duty cycle? (im aware that it ll need to be tuned for the bigger inj) - Sorry if i left something important out. Im @ the point of either using the injectors/High flow fuel rail or selling them if i don t need them. Thanks!!- Jason
As long as your injectors are not over the 80% duty cycle there is no need to go bigger. You won't gain anything if you are in range. Now if you are over then yes you may gain a little.

Thanks! I read about someone running over 100% duty cycle-LOL Ill bet that my injectors are running at least 80%.
Those 36-37lbers are really 42-43s at our fuel pressure. You should be fine there -- that's what I'm running in my 427. To be safe, have a buddy log a wot run and check your IDCs.
