Default LS2 90 TB Flipped?

I've got a FAST 90 w/ LS2 TB, which, of course, has the actuator pointed to the pass. side, like all LS2s-up. I just ordered a SC kit, and I have to flip the TB 180 deg., which will interfere with the power steering reservoir. Does anybody have experience moving the PS bracket to clear? Any help/advice would be appreciated. Dave.

I changed my ls6 manifold to a fast 90/90. I have a procharger. Yes the TB has to be rotated 180*. I then put the power steering reservoir on 2.125" spacers. I may have also cut the bracket holding the reservoir I don't exactly remember. I got the longer bolts and stand-offs fom McMaster Carr I think I stacked 1.00" with 1.125" spacers. It has been holding fine for a year. You will also need a longer piece of bent hose for the bottom of the reservoir.

I guess I have trouble visualizing the end result... What direction is the res. moved? Up, forward, both? What about pulley alignment, and belt size? Andy said I'd be better off trading my FAST90 setup for a stock LS6 setup, because with boost, the FAST isn't really relevant anymore.

It would push the reservoir forward.

The reservoir is a separate component from the pump (connected to each other with a short pc of rubber hose), so no pulley or belt changes needed, the pump itself wouldn't move.

An easier alternative may be to just pick up a billet body 90mm TB...which uses all the stock LS1 electrics and motor.

Something like the Nick Williams, LG G2 (these two kinda hard to find these days), or the Rev Xtreme.

It is perfectly fine to flip the LS2 TB. I've been running mine this way for 2 plus years with no issues. If you look closely you can see my spacer for the power steering res. under the TB.

Thanks. I took a look when I got home, and I'll just keep the FAST setup, and modify the res mounting. Appreciate the feedback.

I also discovered I have to get rid of my Meziere EWP, and I don't know if my Powerbond UD pulley is gonna work, either. Should've done the SC earlier, I guess.

You won t use the Underdrive pulley. It would slow down your Supercharger too much to make enough boost. You ll need your stock damper or a good aftermarket.(non-UD)

CRAP! Oh well, looks like somebody's gonna pick up a nice cheap pulley. Any suggestions on aftermarket ones that aren't UD, because I don't want to put the stock one back on. It's going to be pinned, and there's been so many failures of stock pulleys, that I won't risk re-using my old stocker.
