So I recently purchased a 02 Z06 with non-pop lights, the stock headlight assembly was in a box in the back of the car. I thought it would be a simply task to change them out. So I removed the non-pops and installed the stockers and know the lights won’t come up or down. I don’t think I need the brass gear because I don’t hear any grinding. I checked the fuses and none are damaged. Oh yea the actual lights work fine. Thanks in advance
It the headlight control module still there? Hooked up?

Ok I got the control module pluged in and still no lift. Is there some sort or resetting you have to do after install?

The only other item in the setup is the headlamp switch.

I checked my fuses and cleaned all grounds and still nothing, but I think I found the problem. I cracked open the control module and found it was full of water.

I thought you had replaced it already? Full of water would indeed cause things to not work as designed.
