Default What should I be boosting?

I have a Procharger kit p1sc 3.85 pulley orginal kit twin intercoolers and fan shroud intake. I have a Weiand intake manifold, 42 lb. injectors, Kooks 1 7/8 headers nocats, and bullet exhaust.

What should I be boosting? Any help would be appreciated.

Apparently you're not very familiar with performance parts. I am asking what amount of boost should I be seeing from the setup on my car.

Ive gotta agree with him on this man...your wording was a little off. What your trying to ask is how much boost you should be getting with that setup. As far as that goes...I have no idea.

Do you have a problem? Do you have a boost gauge installed?

Yes I have a boost gauge but I am trying to determine whether change the pulley before the gets tuned on the dyno. Car has not been tuned yet. I only installed the kit and had the parameters changed to be able to install the injectors and be able to drive the car. Sorry for any confusion.

Lot's of reading on this subject guys...and of course, this would have been better posted in the FI section.

FWIW, I have a 3.6 pulley, stock heads/cam/exhaust, with 11 psi. The important thing to remember, is that a boost indication is not a measure of the supercharger volume output.....but a measure of restriction....so mods to how the car breathes will change that indication.

I've built many cars-you need to get a GRASP of the English LANGUAGE then you might get an answer that makes sense!

Jeez, c'mon guys! Who cares if you don't think he worded something clearly? If you need clarification, just ask the OP! ( flame suit on)

To the OP. Like Lucky131969 already stated, boost is a measure of restriction. I have a P1SC as well but with an A&A single FMIC and a 4.25" pulley on a LS6. The car makes around 7 PSI with that pulley. Before the headers, through manifolds and factory exhaust, the car was making 9lbs of boost.

I'm not sure I can give you a specific answer to your question but I would figure on a stock LS1, with a 3.85" pulley, you should be sitting around 9-10 PSI. Are you concerned that you may be running too much or too little boost? Maybe someone with the exact same set-up can chime in? I would suggest that you post a duplicate thread over in the FI section!

You should be seeing right at 6-7lbs of boost.

Listen Moron, where do you live? I will show you first hand how well i speak ENGLISH!

You can tell your one of these idiots that hides behind a computer. You don't even put where you live. But that's ok, I have better things to do than spend my time dealing with you. I can definitely teach you a thing or two about corvettes. In English or two other languages.

Now that's out of line!! (not to mention a quick way to get banned from here)
There are going to be disagreements, but my suggestion is to be careful who you threatened to "visit". You might be surprised when you arrive

Anyway; to address your original question; I would say around 10-12.
I have a fully modded H/C car, with over the radiator 4" intake (instead of the fan shroud intake which is restrictive) and I ran 7 psi with a 3.85" pulley
