3157 NAK is what is called for, but you will have problems finding that bulb. I once paid $10 at a dealer for one, never again.
You can use any 3157 yellow long life bulb. You need a long life because the turn signal filament is used for "daylight driving lights" and any other bulb wears out quickly. 4157NALL is the current replacement bulb.
If you are breaking bulbs after washing your car or driving in the rain, you have a hole in your light assembly. This is caused by the heat due to the turn signal filament being used for "daylight driving lights". You can fix this with sealant.
