Default E85 and pump gas

Is is safe to mix E85 with 93 pump gas? For instance, if I have 3 gallons of 93 in my tank now, is it ok if I add 3 gallons of e85???

Have converted your system/tune to be compatible with E85?

Why do you want to do that?
I would think E85 would cost more and give you worse gas mileage.
If you have not converted your fuel system, you should not run over 10% ethanol. Even mixing it 50/50 with regular gasoline, it would not reduce it to 10%.
