can a harmonic balancer sqeek?

hey guys have a sqeeking issue. i have changed every single pully on the car. its a 98 a4 with 132k on the clock. my tensioner pulley has about 20k on it at most. could the balancer squeek

also the balancer has a slight wobble but isnt very bad at all.

Sounds like you might of ran over something that hit it. The squeak could be coming from the belt rubbing on the guide because of the wobble. But I really don't know.

hmm it has done it for awhile. and it mainly does it when there is moisture in the air such as if it rained or if i washed the car. it is just very annoying and i feel like im driving a junker when it squeeks

It's easy to find the squeak with a stethoscope... I'd recommend trying that first before replacing part.
