A pcm swap is $199, with a $100 refundable core charge. (or $299 if you just wanted a pcm out right with your tune ready to go) We install the latest operating system for your vehicle from GM, and perform our tune from there. We just need your vin number to get started.

Is 149 correct ?
We ran a special for the forum at the $149 price, the response has been so overwhelming that we have kept it at that price for you guys.

Sounds great...will get with you guys as soon as show season slows down!
Is your tune locked? Can I still make changes and use your tune as a good base? I'd like that because I'd like to mess around but start from a great base and be able to go back to it.

We do not, and have never, locked the tunes. That annoys the heck out of me when they come in here that way. It makes the customer (or us) jump threw hoops, and the customer pays for it, in time and money.

Sometimes you cannot, depends on what software was used. Plus sometimes the car just came in for a simple mod that just needs a code shut off, now the customer has to pay for a full retune rather then just a quick job.

Perfect. I'll need to cal land talk to you guys. I'm debating on waiting until I put the Vette away for the year or doing it sooner so I can drive it some after I get it. I'd find it very hard to have a new tune and have to wait for the weather to get better to try it out.

Doug,
So you are saying that the cost to a forum member that orders an outright purchase of a second pcm programmed unit for a 2001 coupe is $299?
Are these "NEW" GM PCM's or are they from salvaged or cores returned?
