Quick question:
When install swar bars should the suspension be loaded? or does it matter?

When I did mine I jacked up the front since it was too low to get under and then I also jacked up the rear just to make things easier. But if you have a lift, I don't think you will have a problem unless you unload one side of the suspension and not the other.

I did mine loaded. There is a rubber hose around every end of the endlink. This will be quenched a little bit when mounted unloaded.

It doesn't matter for you could do it either way.... I have done it both ways without any issues...

It doesn't matter. Even with the chassis mount bolts torqued to spec you can roate the bar by hand. Combine that with the spherical endlinks and the bar will settle into place without resistance.
