Take a look at the heads and cam install page at ls1howto.com. Its not too bad of a job.

Jack the car up, you will need 8-10 inches of clearance under the radiator.

Drain the radiator, be careful the drain **** only needs to turn about 1/4 a turn and its easy to break it.
Remove the air bridge.
Take the plastic top off that holds the radiator in place.
Remove the radiator hoses, top and bottom. I like to take them all the way out.
disconnect the fans and the electrical harness from the fan shroud.
Remove the middle two brackets for the sway bar and let it swing down.
Remove the fan shroud by lifting it up and off of the 4 tabs on the radiator that hold it in place, then drop it down and out the bottom.
Disconnect the AC condenser from the front of the radiator the same way, but of course leave it hanging.
Pull the radiator out the top.

Make sure the fans, and the condenser are completely off their tabs and the radiator is free. It sticks a little down by the drain ****, so you need to kind of pop it from the bottom. If you're on stands, lie on your back and thump the bottom of the radiator on both sides, and it'll pop right out of it's seat.
