Depends on your budget, and your goals.

If I had your car lived in a state that allowed LT's, I would run the LG street series LT headers w/high flow cats and pick up some used C5Z Ti exhaust in the classified section. That would be a cost effective system that would yield some huge HP gains, while sounding mean but not too loud. If the money is no concern, I would skip the used Ti exhaust and pick up some GHL bullets. Most likley little to no HP gain going from Ti to GHL, but the sound levels would increase quite a bit.

Like the poster above said though, it depends on your goals...but since you asked, that's what I would do.

Corsa Indys, LG LT Headers, and X Pipe, no CATS. I've had this setup for 3 yrs now, and I love it.

I can cruise on the hwy at 70-75 without any interior resonance or annoying noise.

Providing your state doesnt have AET testing, I would recommend this setup
