2000 battery drain

2000 battery drain
on my dads 2000 6 speed vert over night it drained the battery so we out a new battery in. the car ran the gauge showed 14.2 volts. let it sit overnight again a dead battery. so took the alt of and took it to have tested. everything is okay. while putting on a battery cable with the other one connected you can hear a clicking sound coming from the drivers side around the headlight. what relays are down there that could draw power

checked both ground spots on the front frame rail both were clean. now where. it also acts like there is a short somewhere
