"C" means current and "H" means history with DIC codes. The "C" is what you want to determine and rectify.
Once you find what the codes are, then use search or search this forum in C5 Tech (in the red banner) using the code(s) and/or the description from the link above to research past threads.
A GOOGLE search might also provide you with some clues...
C1278 indicates the EBCM has received a signal from the PCM that the PCM cannot reduce torque if the EBCM requests a torque reduction. If you resolve your PCM codes this one will go away.
The P1220HC indicates there is an issue with either the throttle position assembly or the TAC module. Find the problem and resolve it and the PCM will be able to control torque when requested.
B0090HC indicates there is a problem with the air bag system.
