I am replacing my clutch master cylinder. Is there any reason to buy it with the quick release line on the bottom and the the new reservoir in place. Is it worth the extra $

Master cylinder comes with the reservoir and line to the actuator already attached. Here is a pic of a used complete C6 master. It's very similar in configuration to the C5 version.

The master cylinder is the part that most frequently fails. And the entire assembly comes with good junctions and is pre-bled. For $30-$40 "savings" you increase the risk of a leak which may entail trouble-shooting with higher-cost time and inconvenience implications.
Also, be certain that you are getting the latest GM PN for your VIN.
Everything your car does depends on the correct functioning of the clutch hydraulics.
