99FRC sluggish
Ok so some days when im driving it feels like my car is withholding power an others it just gets up and goes. why would it do that infact tonight nice cool night it was holding back on me and i even turned off the TC and still felt crappy. what could it be? its manual

Try cleaning the MAF. You can buy some MAF cleaner spray at any auto parts store. Just pull it out, spray it down, let it dry and put it back in. Could be an easy fix. I had a similar problem with my old Y2K Z28.
