382 stroker install
How long would it take a reputable chevy dealer to install the 382 lunati and do you think they would do good work? Anyone have this done? I would love to know how the SOTP feel is :D :D :D

I wouldn't let a Dealer install the Stroker kit. I would check out one of the supporting vendors here to help you through this mod.

I called my dealer and they quoted me at least 10hrs for just a cam swap and that was with no spring change :eek: I'd hate to see the bill for an engine swap from a dealer, unless it was a cool dealer like Fitchner.

I do not think a dealer would be good for that kind of work, look at some of tuners, i chose L.P.E. for my 382 and they did a good job, shop around get a quote, make a contract for what is agreed on and due date. :chevy

I definitely think you should leave a job like building a motor to a motor builder, not a dealership.
