TPMS sensor age

It's time for new tires, and if these are the original '98 sensors, I'm on borrowed time.

How do I tell how old they are? The labels say the following:

SBI Inc.
1191367
GM10402716

and

SBI Inc.
1191481
GM10402716

I'm guessing the middle line might be a datecode, but I don't know how you would decode it.

From my frail memory, it seems like there is a circle containing numbers orientated like on a clock with an arrow in the center pointing towards the date.

Just had mine changed out. It's a imprinted with the year in the middle and an indication to the month on the circled numbers on the outside.

Thanks guys! I saw that, but I'm used to seeing castings with that, which tells you what shift it was poured on or what hour it was poured.
