Head Gaskets
I have a 2000 LS1 , I will be installing LS 6 Heads , therefore I will need new head Gaskets.
There are 2 available head gasket ..
97-01 LS-1
02-04 LS-1 & LS-6
Which one do I need ??
These are from Gene Culley GM parts Direct. listing.

Either will work, but the later model MLS gaskets are less expensive, and will make for less cleanup work if you ever have the heads off again in the future.
