so im currently collecting parts to do a clutch job mastercyl, flywheel clutch kit and slave cyl, ive been searching and reading..
so my question is. is their a REAL "performance slave cyl" (better then oem)
all the people that list a performance slave do not state why it is better. so im wondering if its just a repackaged oem unit
also does anyone currenty use a mcleod adj master cyl? what is your review of it?
Don't forget the pilot bearing which goes inside the end of the crankshaft.
Not aware of an aftermarket slave cylinder...The last one I picked up (I asked for a slave cylinder for a 2004) was a little different from what I removed from my '02 so GM made some tweaks to it. It appears to be a little more "sealed". I didn't ask the dealer if the new 04 design replaces all previous but I would assume it does like with all GM parts.
yea ive seen the ram slave and one other one and they look stock and dont mention any specific improvement features just want to make sure im not paying for BS
