Default Low voltage codes on ox sensors

I have an occasional issue with a check engine light. When I pull codes I get; 0131,0137,0151,0157. These are low voltage codes for all 4 oxygen sensors. I'm guessing a loose ground? It must be in a connection that all 4 sensors share. The car has a stock exhaust, no headers. Has anyone had an issue like this?

Nope. As you can see by the diagram, the O2's are all discrete circuits to the PCM. Do you have headers?

No headers......stock exhaust. I'm guessing some kind of connection failure, but I honestly don't have a clue. I doubt all 4 ox sensors are faulty.

Maybe try cleaning or replacing the fuse. I've had corroded fuses before.

I checked the fuse. It looked clean and checked good with a ohm meter.
