Default tire pres sensor battery replacement question

Hi, was wondering if after replace of sensor batteries, but before having new tires mounted on wheels, would it be possible to mount two wheels at the time on rear wheel position, and then run speed up to 30-35 mph, being careful to have tight lugs, and car on jack stands, under control arm, spring area as if actually driving car, and then put other two wheels on rear of car and repeat, then after new tires are on wheels, program sensors to car per normal magnet learn operation, or am I not understanding how system operates, thanks for your ideas, topkattkg....

You lost me brother......First, how do you intend on replacing the batteries? Second, why would you propose mounting the rims, and spinning to 30 MPH?

I'm having trouble understanding the question. You replaced the batteries now you want the car to relearn them? Just put em near the car you want em to learn from and get out your magnet...

Good luck

if you are trying to see if they work after replacing batteries , just see if the car honks when in the reprogamming mode

I programed all 4 of mine before I installed them back in the wheels. Just be sure to get them in the proper wheel.

Thanks for info, I was thinking the speed of the wheel had something to do with activating the sensors, but I understand now that if they are just in place on car and the car beeps as going thru re-learn process then they are working, you guys are great, keep me straight. thanks again....

You can even make sure the car recognizes them before you install them inthe wheels!
