aftermarket headlight setup--what was it?
a while ago I remember seeing a thread on a headlight setup that looked absolutely awesome--very similar to the c5r. it wasn't breathless or specter's. does anyone know what it was and where it's available? I've looked through numerous sites and magazines and haven't come across it again. it was several months ago.

Yeap, it was a great setup. I went ahead and bought it, however, I just have not had the time to have it installed (let along do it myself!).
A couple of other people bought a set as well. Maybe someone has it installed by now and can post some pics for us all...

but what was it??? where did you get it and how much did it cost you? is it something a wingnut lacky like me could possibly do myself or would I need a pro's help? any links or info you could post? thanks for the reply, by the way, I was going batty there for a bit--I knew I wasn't crazy. :D

the lights you are talking about are made by specter, but they are not the ones on their web site. They look identical to the C5-R headlights. I have them on my car. took some additional fab on the brackets, but they are in. I have a digital camra but have not quite figured how to post it, but I am trying.
