Some weird stuff with the paint Z........
As most of you already know I picked up my new Z06 a few weeks ago. Today was the first day I could wash it outside and noticed on the drivers side front quarter panel on the inside wheel well near the bottom it looks as though someone drove it through a stone parking lot. Funny thing is, there are "chips" but they are yellow and not white like you'd expect. It's almost as though there were stone chips and someone just painted over them. I plan to complain to the dealer as this is not evident anywhere else on the car.
My question is do you think I'll have an issue ie. dealer saying I did it. and how diifficult is it to repaint MY? Should I just leave it alone?
Any advice appreciated. I'll try and post pics if I can.

I'd have the dealer repair it. As much as these cars cost you
should not have chip like marks in the paint. It was probley
damaged before delievery and was touched up. I used to repair
paint damage on new cars at a Ford dealership. It seemed like
1 out of 5 new cars needed the paint touched up before
delievery.

Remember...on MY cars the base coat, color coat AND top coat are ALL yellow.
That's why the paint costs $600 extra! And it's why MY is difficult to touch up.
