What years does the Powerloader help out? I know on the newer cars ('01's and '02's) it helps out in not taking as much torque out motor wise on the shifts and also turns up the line pressure on the shifts from my understanding.
On the earlier C5's, like '97 & '98, do they have that torque managment feature that the Powerloader helps eliminate?
I'd also like to know what's the difference between a Powerloader and a Powerloader II I hear about. Is the II version for the newer cars or something like that?
Thanks in advance for any of your answers you may have for me!
I don't have the technical answers you are looking for but it was one of the best mods I ever did to my 98. Picked up 2-3 1/10ths in the quarter and it is a whole lot more fun on the street.
TLewis4095: Thanks for the response! If nothing else you answered one of the questions I had, if the PL has any affect on '98's which I now know it does.
Buckmaster: Thanks for the input on what the PL does. Sounds like it's well worth the money and something to look into. Now I just need to get the $$ so I can get the '97 or '98 C5 and then I'll look into things like the PL.
