Help with installing a Halltech Stinger on a 97' Coupe.

Help with installing a Halltech Stinger on a 97' Coupe.
I just picked up a slightly used Stinger from a forum member. A couple questionbs that I can't find on here or Halltechs site.
1: The Stinger came to me with one(1) silicone coupler. It seems to be for the Throttle body side. My question is on the MAF side. No coupler. It came with a Stainless clamp(double clamps). Am I missing another silicone coupler? Or do you use the stainless clamp to hold the MAF to the air bridge without and type of rubber or silicone sealer??? Seems like it would leak there.
2: The stock accordian boot from the bridge to the throttle body has a small vacumm hose attatched to it. There is no mention of this in the Halltech install guide?????
