LED Lights/Sequential turn signal/Harness

LED Lights/Sequential turn signal/Harness
My buddies will be installing my lights tomorrow (sunday). I purchase the all exterior LED lights and tails with Halo mod from JWMotoring. He sent the harness along with all the lights. I also purchased the sequential turn signal harness form SCParts. My question is will there be any issues pluggin all these in and in what order do they go? I wont physically be there when the stuff is installed so I have no idea what they are looking at. I shot Jwmotoring an email but figured I would ask here see if anyone has any knowledge. Will it go car harness = sequetial harness= JW supplied harness= to taillights or another order? Thanks for any input.

The Hyperfalsh Harness gets installed under the Driver's side of the dash... Might as well as do that first before your buddy gets dirty! 
The sequentials plug in between the outboard tail lights harness and the light...
