Help: 5th and 6th gear issues.

Help: 5th and 6th gear issues.
My 98 Coupe just started acting up on the highway today. Its always shifted fine, has a C6Z shifter, clutch is new within that last 15k miles, clutch fluid changed every year along with tranny fluid, anti-venom mod....
Shifting into 5th gear on the highway, I am getting a slight grind. Its not bad if I go easy putting it in 5th, but if I shift it normally, it grinds good.
Shifting into 6th gear is not an issue, but at highway speed, shifting out of 6th sometime gives me trouble. I have to wiggle the shifter sometimes to get it out of gear.
Any ideas what this could be??
Shifter alignment? If so, I couldnt find a good link to that when I did my search.
Any help would be greatly appriciated!
