DIC trouble code P0492

DIC trouble code P0492
I own a 2004 vette, I just got an engine check light & checked the trouble code on the DIC, P0492 appeared as the current & as a historical, but no code of this number exists on any DIC trouble code list for a C5, I've checked several lists, anyone out there have this same code appear? confused...... I hear thru the forum that WD-40 should be sprayed into the system to fix the sticky valve, how is this done? Do u spray WD into the air intake?

I have the same problem.
I just logged on to post the same question, and here you are. I was out of town and my wife called and said her 04 was running bad and the check engine light was on. It did clear up on it's own and the light went off. I just check the codes and found the same one you have.
I guess I will try the WD-40 trick and see if that does it. Man all that info. on all the valves and test and pumping air is confussing to me!
