I presently have a KB BAP and still notice a fuel pressure drop to 50 psi when under boost at redline. I have searched the forums and internet for fuel system changes I could do to fix the pressure drop. Some are rather expensive and moneys tight. SO I looked at the fuel system and come up with this....
I post this because I know you guys will have fun picking it apart but if nobody has a real solid reason why it won't work I think I am going to give it a try. I would think it should support 800 or so crank HP and keep the fuel pressure at a steady 58 psi. There will also be no changes to the factory electronics, as far as the factory fuel pump and fuel level indicators. I also didn't want to get into the jet/transfer pump and since on the 2004 the right side tank empties first it allows a single pick up in the left tank.
That would work or you could just spend $1100 for the A&A system which is pre-assembled. Its basically what you are doing and leave your stock tank in and not spending the time to order/track down all the parts.
I had a 5 gallon fuel cell feeding a 2nd system under boost for a while instead of feeding off the stock tank.

Just get an A&A fuel system for an 04' car. Much better and proven to work. Plus it come with instructions.
