I just bought this 01 ZO6 and the previous owner said he was thinking of adding larger injectors, he said he asked Vette Doctors and they said he was fine but he thought he was maxed out with these. So I was just seeing what you guys thought. This is what is done to it.

My opinion is to trust the Vette Doctors opinion. Different engines making the same RWHP can have different fuel requirments due to engine efficiency (BSFC). I designed and built my 04Z's head/cam combination and did most of the engine tuning. My injectors are stock (28.6 lb/hr), and the max injector duty cycle at WOT is about 92%.
On the RPM Motors dyno, Charlie finished up my tune and produced 442/405 RWHP/RWTQ SAE.......once again, stock 04 injectors. Get someone with HPTuners to scan your setup and log your injector duty cycle, and then you will know for sure
I had just about the same set up on my 97 coupe and ran 36 lb injectors. I still have all the fuel tables if you decide to upgrade. My factory injectors were maxed out as I imagine yours are too.

Most injectors will max out at 80% duty cycle and this is the accepted industry standard. After you install heads, cam, intake, your sucking in alot more air and your motor needs more fuel. Your injectors will be unpredictable when maxed out and you do not want to be running out of fuel at 6000+ rpm. I would recommend FAST 36's or SVO 42's.
