Electrical Stumper
Just finished painting Quiet Car on the recommended surfaces of the rear compartment, floors and driveshaft tunnel, reconnected the electrical connectors etc etc. Every thing fine, took a ride to determine what sound reduction occurred (road noise still bad) nothing unusual noted and put the C5 back in the garage. A short time later I tried to start it--DEAD! Put a meter on the 5 month old battery--5.6 volts. There was an incessent clicking from the electric panel on the passenger side of the footwell which stopped when I steped on the brake pedal and restarted when I took my foot off. Any help would be appreciated.
