Default Blower motor troubleshoot help

Hey guys,
I posted earlier about how I can't seem to get my '98's blower motor to turn on. So far I've replaced the control unit, blower motor, and blower motor resistor. Now I'm thinking it might be the relays that are bad? Anyway, can anyone guide me as to what I should be looking for with my volt meter? And could someone tell me where to start looking and what wires to check? Any guidance as to how to diagnose this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Also, are one of the two things hanging down in the picture below the relay that could be responsible for my blower motor not working? If so, which one?

First, stop throwing parts at it untill you've found the problem. That takes $$$$$$$$$$$$. This schematic is for the Manual model,if I didn't guess right, help me out, ok?

I appreciate your help byronhunter but that diagram doesn't help me as much as it should (This is my first time doing anything electrical of this sort) More or less I was hoping someone could describe to me what to check, what it looks like, and where to look for them. Or maybe even real life pictures. I'm at the point where I will even paypal someone some cash if they help me diagnose and fix this damn problem. I've been without my Vette for too long now because It's been torn apart
