Don't know them off hand but you can do a search on this site or the net. You will find them all. Although I am sure someone will post the descriptions. So you know the "h" means history which means they were thrown but are no longer being thrown.
I always have the last three. u1016h, u1064h and u1096h. I believe it's a pretty common issue.

I think the only way you can see "current" codes (ie, a "C" after them) is if you scan or look at DIC codes while the car is running. Once the ignition key has been cycled, the codes become history I believe.
