Header and Intake install, tune??
I was intending on installing a set of long tube headers and the ZO6 style intake on my 98 c5, 6 spd. Will I get any performance gains without having it tuned? Will the car run effficiently without the tune. I do plan on having the car dyno tuned in the future, I just wanted to start with some easy bolt on peices to start.

I'd say you should get the tune. You may or may not throw codes due to the headers, depending on the brand and how they deal with the O2 sensors. You'll be pumping a lot more air/fuel with the headers and the intake so to really take advantage will require a tune.
