stick a floor jack under the rear crossmember get the back up put some stands under it then move over to the front and stick the jack on the front crossmember but come in from the higher side with out the flat tire behind the front wheel just in front of the door.
Put a couple 2x8s or 2x10s right in front of the tires and drive up. That should give you the clearance to get your jack under it. Driving 1 foot shouldn't hurt anything.
Simple solution, if tires are flat and will not hold air, get 2 boards, prefer 2x6 at least foot long. Place one in front of each tire and drive 6 inches or so, then jack er up.
If you have a buddy that goes 4wheeling at all, he should have a Hi-Lift Jack. They have accessories to strap to the wheel and tire, and then use the jack to jack the vehicle up..up on stands, then repair your leaky rubbers, all good!
