Default HVAC issues

Car: 1999
System: Manual (3 dials)

Symptoms:

Air conditioning setting -
Air blows in all settings fine. Air is not cold on driver side vents, kind of cool on passenger side.

Heating Setting -
Windshield defrost does not blow on the driver side, heat comes out fine on the other vents driver side included.

Does this sound like a bad accuator, low freon, or a vaccum leak to you guys?

Thanks.

My experience is with the dual zone a/c units. No codes and cool on passenger side but not the driver side equals low on refridgerant. Bad actuators will have the same symptons but will make a HVAC code appear on the DIC.

I believe, maybe someone else will confirm, that the systems that are not dual zone don't have those actuators. That is what you mean by manual (3 dials) isn't it, not dual zone.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes thats what i meant, guess i can rule out accuators then.

Forgot to mention, i don't show any codes for the ac system just one for the tire sensors.
