Wipers not working after removal

Ok so this weeknd i did the cut mod for the oil pressure switch. Well i removed the wipers from the holders. I did not discounect anything i only moved them to the side. Any ideas why they would not be working now. I did move the white bar under the cowl. the one that moves them i think. I pushed it back do you think that could be it?

When i was driving to work this morning i turned them on and nothing happend. I have not had a chance to go check to see if the motor is running. I will check when i get off.

nevermind i got it. they were caught i guess i put them on in a bad position so they where stuck. Thanks for the help though
