Default Vararam Power Duct

Getting ready to install my new Vararam Power Duct on my 2002 C5 Z06. Car is equipped with an LS2 stroker and an LS2 90mm TB. Can I route the passenger side valve cover vent line to the Power Duct in FRONT of the MAF? Stock has this vent line routed AFTER the MAF. The LS2 TB has no nipple for this vent line and there is not enough room between the MAF and TB to install a nipple after the MAF. I do not know enough about tuning and metered vs unmetered air to know if routing the vent line before the MAF will cause any problems or issues. Car will be tuned immediately after the installation of the Power Duct. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

There are several ways to do this-
1. You can route the PCV in front, but you will want to put an inline see through fuel filter (FRAM) ( $4-5.00 at any auto parts store) this will keep the oil out of the intake and allow you to see when it needs to be cleaned.

2. Trim 1/2 inch off the back of the duct ( its designed to be trimmed up to 1 full inch if needed for custom applications). This will provide you with more room for the PCV line behind the meter.
You only need another 1/2 inch if your going to fit a PCV behind the meter.

I would not condone putting a crankcase breather in front of your MAF, even if you install a filter as mentioned previously. Too much risk for oil vapors to contaminate the MAF.
