Questions about "Off-Road" X-Pipe.......
1) Does anyone make any full length off-road X-pipe (from LT headers(TPIS) to the over-axle pipe)?
2) If so, are the made with a "slip-fit" connection on the TPIS header side and flange connectors on the over-axle pipe side?

I believe most of the tuners make custom, full lenght off-road X-Pipes. I say custom because they differ on how the connection is made on the header end. (like you say, TPIS is slip fit, others have flanges and they are not necessarily the same).
I'm running TTS headers and have a flange connector on both ends of my X-pipe (yes it does run the full lenght from the header collector to the over-the-axle pipes/mufflers).
Hope that helps a little.

Whew! Finally someone answered. I kinda figured it would have to be a custom job........but i was hoping for the easy way out. :D
Just curious, what's an approximate cost for a custom job like this? Thanks!

So this custom, full-length off-road x-pipe would replace both the cats and H-pipe?
Thanks

Check out the group purchase area, I believe Bassani makes just what you are looking for, as well as some other companies. You have to look good though, as they do not advertise this much.
