Brad's Custom Auto (206)367-1471.

You can tell them Mike C. and David sent you there. David is "no cure" on here...

the clown shoe is not slow
13" stock rear wheels, very good traction..

come out to the road course (pacific raceways, pir, etc) and measure yourself :)

SlowC5 needs more power. :D

Mike,
next time we're at the road course, I'd be happy to demonstrate the speed capabilities of your clownshoe to Chance (or anyone else for that matter)..

though it is all relative :)

today I was on route 2 going east from I-5, and had just finished some testing when a wsp went by going the other way, very good karma..

shiny side up
David

Road course... gee... hmmmmm.....this trip to Brad's is not gonna help with that! 150 shot of N20 is not for the corners!.. ;)

I'm thinking full on straight... at least for now! :yesnod: :yesnod:

Although I'd love to see what the shoe can do on the road course. The ride in it the other day was great!

David (valleyvettec5),
Dan is a nice guy and has a nice shop and does good work, but for serious mechanical (not body/paint/resto) and most especially any race prep stuff, and work where experience and initiative (ie ability to work independently without close supervision where the end product comes out as one would do it if one could do it onesself) there is no comparison between Dan's and Brad's.
the huge difference being that Brad's main C5 tech is Christian Wilson, aka THE C5 expert.
aka the magican, you get the idea. any vette owner who is not an awesome wrench themselves, who has had Christian work on their car won't go anywhere else..
Brad's is an awesome shop for all vettes, they have a stream of all years and models thru there, including LPE TT's and much else rare and specialized.

regards,
David

I agree. Christian does some very good work. The TNT kit he put in my car needed many custom pieces made to get it all to fit exactly like I wanted and he took care of all of it, without trouble.

You won't be dissapointed with their work.
