Check Engine Light
Hey guys i went out dragracing yestoday with my buddy dave.d(neighbor) and i took out my 2000 hardtop. At the first run i got 14.3 sec.....the second
time i got 14.6 ....third time was 13.1 and the difference was that i took
air out of my rear tires psi of 25 at 2000 rpm....after this run the check
engine light came on...on my fourth run i started my car and the windshield
wipers came up about four inches and went down....has someone seen this? I thinking of taking it to the dealership but i don't want them
to know that been DRAGRACING...any help really appreciated... these are the
numbers on the third run.

PCM- P0171, P0174 = Fuel trim system lean bank 1-B/2-B
LDCM - U1064 = lose of communitions with DCM
RDCM - U1064 = lose of communitions with DCM
RFA - U1096, U1064, U1016 = Lose of communitions with (IPC-DCM-PCM)

Take it in. Without seeing your car, I am not sure I could diag. it, but you really don't want to take a risk. Drag racing should not have anything to do with these problems.

Be sure and clean all the track rubber out from the rear wheel wells first. A friend of mine didn't and had probs w/ the service mgr.
