MAF air screen on 2002
Hi All,
In the past I read threads about removing the MAF screen, but most had to do with older C5s. That said, the question is: "is there a benefit in removing the screen on the 2002, and if I do, should I expect any problems to arise?"

when I pulled the MAF, I thought that cutting the screen out would increase the risk of ruining the electronics. So...I plan to buy an aftermarker with no screen, tuned to more performance.

As I understand, the 2002 already has the screen removed... at least on the Z06's... let us know if you find one on your 2002....

My 2002 A4 had the screen. I took it out w/o damaging it and can put it back in if codes are thrown. But nothing in the last 600 miles, so it stays out.
