Default MGW old style difference over new style?

What is the difference between the old style and the new style? When did they start selling the new style?

Couple changes...first is that they used to offer a 15% reduced throw and a 35%, now they just have one standard which is a 30% reduction. Second, the shifter is a two piece design, and they changed the upper handle for the C5's so that it steps back and is offset just like the handle for the C6, rather than being completly vertical like a stock C5 shifter.

I believe they were engraved in the base plate with either 15% or 35%.

They were 25% and 35% shorter throw. Now only 30%.

MGW did have a 15% reduced throw shifter intended to be more of a street-friendly version of their shifter. I bought one in November 2008 with an MGW race shifter ****, which I changed to a C6 version a few months ago. Love the shifter.
