Default Paint Touch ups

Has any other Forum members had paint fail where it has been touched up , and was it a prep screw up at body shop?

Some details would help here.

Are we talking a small section being repainted, buffed..a whole panel? There are too many variables to even venture an answer at your question.

It was prior to me owning the car but I think it was the whole front bumper cover.

Weren't you whining about this 6 weeks ago? Take it like a man, you blasted 1/3 of your paint off with a power washer.

In my opinion, If the powerwasher is powerful enough, or close enough to any painted surface, paint will come off. You can etch concrete and put a hole in wood with a power washer.
