Error Message for Sensor on Start
I get a constant error about my sensors malfunctioning each time I start the car. I have to hit reset to clear it and get other info on the screen such as mileage, etc. It also does not read the drivers side front tire pressure sensor, so I'm assuming that is the issue. How do I correct that? I've tried searching thru the threads, but nothing specific came up about this particular issue or I just missed it.
I'm a 1st time Vetter owner and I'd like to get all my issues with my 2004 C-5 Coupe fixed as reasonably as possible. Just spent $300 to have a window regulator put in for passenger side. Don't need that too often.

Sounds like your FL tire pressure sensor battery is dead. There is no way to get the error message to not show up UNLESS you fix or replace the sensor. New sensors are pricey. There is a way to replace the battery in them... just do a search here and/or on youtube for "replace battery TPS."
